Following 3 months of collection efforts by several organizations, 60+ volunteers gathered the day after Christmas to wrap what turned out to be 1,300+ New Sweat outfits along with over 2,000 pairs of socks for upcoming deliveries in January to several VA facilities in WVA, VA and DC. Some of the many organizations involved:

Knights of Columbus Councils (Good Samaritan, OLOH, St. John the Apostle); Knights of Columbus Assemblies (JP11, Seton); Ancient Order of Hibernians – Col. Thomas J. Cunningham Jr. Division; LAOH – Daughters of Erin Division; VFW Post 1177 Leesburg; Elks – Sterling; Scouts; several Parishes in the VA and WVA region; many friends of our Veterans.
